Rachel Lisbon grew up in Brooklyn’s vibrant kosher food scene, sparking a lifelong passion of cooking and for cuisine and community. After living in Silver Spring, Israel, and Surfside, she moved to Tampa and saw the need for more strictly kosher options. To bridge that gap, she founded Tampa Kosher Foodies LLC, a hub that shares kosher dining updates, promotes certification, and connects restaurants, supermarkets, and investors. Beyond consultation, Rachel offers concierge services for visitors and locals, and launched the Our Chesed Wall project to fight food insecurity. With energy and dedication, she’s elevating Tampa’s kosher culture and positioning the region as a destination for authentic kosher dining.
